Registration Details

Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates, which are available until September 12, 2025. The in-person conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, keynote speeches, and networking events, as well as conference materials and a certificate of attendance.

Scholarships Available

The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) offers up to six scholarships annually for HPNA members to attend the HPNA Conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration for the event. The scholarship window closed July 31, 2025. Learn more

Virtual only attendees may not have access to the full 17.25 NCPD contact hours. Virtual attendees may not have real time access to content on October 27 & 28, 2025. Separate communications will be provided to virtual only attendees for their access options.

This event requires pre-registration. Registration will not be available on-site.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to [email protected] by Monday, September 1, 2025. Cancellations received in writing between September 2-September 26, 2025, will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After Friday, September 26, 2025, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.

Photography & Videography Disclosure:

A professional photographer and/or videographer may be present at the 2025 HPNA Annual Conference. By registering for this event, you understand that your image may appear in photographs and/or videos and grant HPNA the right to take and use photographs, audio, and/or videos of you and your property in connection with the event and publish the same pictures in print and/or electronically.
