Registration Details
Early registration is recommended to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates, which are available through March 31, 2026. The in-person conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, keynote speeches, and networking events, as well as conference materials and a certificate of attendance.

*The non-member rate includes a one-year HPNA membership.
Scholarships Available
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF) offers up to six scholarships annually for HPNA members to attend the HPNA Conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration for the event.
Individuals who are selected for the scholarship but have already registered for the event will be reimbursed. The deadline to apply is January 30, 2026. Learn more and apply

A professional photographer and/or videographer may be present at the 2026 HPNA Annual Conference. By registering for this event, you understand that your image may appear in photographs and/or videos and grant HPNA the right to take and use photographs, audio, and/or videos of you and your property in connection with the event and publish the same pictures in print and/or electronically.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to [email protected] by Monday, March 23, 2026. Cancellations received in writing between March 24-April 20, 2026, will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After Monday, April 20, 2026, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.
Extra Magical Offerings
Please note that your registration includes access to the main conference only. The HPNF reception and pre-conference session are not included and must be added separately during the registration process if you wish to attend.
