You're invited to the third annual Team Conference for Hospice and Palliative Care. This registration is for virtual access to the conference.

If you are unable to join us in Baltimore, the full conference will be recorded and is available for purchase in an on-demand format until November 15, 2024. Learners have until November 30, 2024, to view the sessions and complete evaluations to receive continuing education credit.

The Team Conference is hosted by:

Conference tracks will include grief and bereavement, team dynamics and symptom management.

Refund Policy:

Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to [email protected] by September 13, 2024. Cancellations received in writing between September 13-20 will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After September 20, 2024, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.
